Miscellaneous
1. Rebuilt application icons across the entire Stella Mod suite (Stella Mod Launcher, Genshin Stella Mod, Prepare Stella Mod, Configuration Window, Welcome App, installer, and uninstaller) as proper multi-resolution .ico files (16px up to 256px, 32-bit with full alpha) instead of legacy single-frame icons using an outdated BMP + 1-bit mask format - fixes blurry, pixelated, or hard-edged icons in the taskbar, Start Menu, system tray, and Windows Explorer.

2. Updated dependencies to their latest versions.
Stella Mod Launcher
1. Fixed a long-standing bug where uploading diagnostic logs (Upload Logs) always failed.
FPS Unlocker (v4.3.1.0)
1. Fixed the game sometimes launching on the wrong monitor - it now maps to the correct entry in the ordered monitor list instead of the raw Windows display number.
2. NEW! The Monitor dropdown in Settings is now disabled (with a notification) when a manual -monitor argument is set in Additional Command Line, to avoid conflicting values.
3. Removed the unused SuspendLoad option.
4. Removed dead code and unused Win32 API declarations.
5. Updated some old URLs to their new addresses.
6. Updated Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection to the latest version.
