OpenTokenUsage is a lightweight system-tray app that tracks how much of your AI coding subscriptions you've used (Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, and more) in one place. It is a Windows fork of OpenUsage with full Windows support, a plugin-based provider system, and a local HTTP usage API.
What's new in 0.7.8
Updates no longer ask for administrator rights, Antigravity's meters and plan badge are back, and Smart refresh and banked-reset reminders arrive. Thanks to @ElliotDrel for three of these. Installed 0.7.7 or older (MSI or WinGet)? This update moves the app to a per-user install. Windows asks once to remove the old version and once for administrator rights; your settings stay. Later updates need neither. New Features - Smart refresh: an optional Auto refresh choice that checks each account every 2 minutes while its usage changes and slows down to 15 minutes when it doesn't (#5 by @ElliotDrel) - Codex and Claude: the reset row lists when each banked reset expires, with a live countdown, and usage notifications remind you 7 days and 24 hours before one expires (#19 by @ElliotDrel) - Antigravity: Argon Weekly, the separate weekly quota some accounts have (#22) Bug Fixes - Installs and updates are per user (%LOCALAPPDATA%\OpenTokenUsage), so updates no longer ask for administrator rights. WinGet installs the same per-user setup (#18 by @ElliotDrel) - Antigravity: the tray could show "--" when Google's quota summary left out the Gemini group; Session then comes from the per-model quotas. Both Cloud Code hosts are asked, and the plan badge shows without the Antigravity app running (#20, #22) - Codex: Pro plans show their current names (Pro 100, Pro 200, Pro 500), and local spend comes from the folder of the login in use (#25) - Cursor: team seats use their Auto and API pools (#25) - OpenCode Go: an active session at 0% keeps its reset time (#25)
