SmartSystemMenu extends system menu of all windows in the system

Renamed "Buttons" menu group to "Title Bar" menu group. Moved "Change Icon" and "Change Title" menu items to "Title Bar" menu group. Added a new "Dark Mode" menu item to "Title Bar" menu group.
