STREAMS Player is a Windows desktop app for browsing a curated internet radio, live video, and RTSP address catalog, with its interface available in thirteen languages. Search, filter, pin, and add streams; choose List or Grid mode with optional live thumbnails; and open video with always-on-top and fullscreen controls. Catalog refresh is explicit, local state stays on the device, and the app has no account, advertising, analytics, or telemetry. Playback compatibility varies by provider, protocol, and codec.

Broadcast from this PC: a microphone, the system sound, a whole monitor or a camera, to your exchange server or over your local network. It is off until you allow it in Settings, and a visible indicator with a stop shows while a source is live. Share a link, file or QR code; you choose how its password is made.
Broadcasts through your exchange server are encrypted on the sending PC and opened only on your own devices or with the link.
Optional Google sign-in lists the broadcasts your devices announce in the hidden app data of your Drive; the media never passes through Drive.
Sign in to an exchange server with a login and leave it again, with guest accounts beside your own; each incoming broadcast plays in its own window, and an audio broadcast can be recorded there.
"Check the connection" finds the first step that fails and says what to try.
F1 and a Help button on every window open that window's page, offline. The toolbar adapts to the window width, and the video player answers M, Ctrl+Up, Ctrl+Down and A.
Double-click a .spres file saved by Fast Media Sorter to import its broadcast.
Deleting the downloaded catalog streams in one confirmed action keeps your own channels, pins, collections and history.
The built-in channel list is current (18 633 live streams as of 2026-10-20).
