agliteterm is a minimal Windows terminal for old or low-RAM machines: one small C++ exe (Win32/WTL, no .NET runtime) over the same Rust emulator core and pty-host as agwinterm, with real native controls instead of custom-drawn chrome.
Workspaces and sessions carry per-session agent status (bold = blocked, italic = working), an attention bell that jumps to the next blocked session, flagged sessions and unread badges. It speaks the same newline-JSON control API as agwinterm — 41 verbs, driven by the same agwintermctl client — and sets the same AGWINTERM_* session variables, so scripts, hooks and the agent skill work in both. A shared conformance suite runs in both repositories' CI.
The look is classic Windows: menu bar, toolbar, TreeView sidebar, status bar, Dark / Light / Classic / Auto themes, bundled bitmap fonts, an MS-DOS palette and a cmd.exe-style Properties dialog.
