This policy explains what information DlSoftware247 ("we") collects when you visit dlsoftware247.com, how it is used and the choices you have. We do not offer user accounts, comments or forms, so we do not ask you for personal information.

Information collected automatically

  • Security and delivery data. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm). Our own web server does not keep access logs; error logs are deleted after 7 days.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. Privacy-focused, cookieless page view statistics.
  • Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below). It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks on download buttons. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.

Cookies and your choices

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics does not set cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, key dl247_consent) and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Advertising

If we show advertising, advertising partners may use cookies to measure and personalize ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this only happens with your consent. This policy will be updated with the partners used before any advertising is displayed.

Third-party content and links

Program icons and screenshots may load from third-party servers (for example FileHippo or jsDelivr), which receive your IP address as part of the request. Download buttons and other links take you to websites we do not control, such as publishers' websites and FileHippo, each with its own privacy policy.

Legal bases and your rights

We process security and delivery data based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, and analytics data based on your consent. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
