Fixes a critical bug whereby an undefined storage mode property for a bucket causes the storage mode that implicitly defaults to Couchstore to flip to magma(the new default storage mode in 8.0.x) on a cluster upgrade to 8.0.
The undefined storage mode could only occur if the bucket was created pre-Couchbase Server 5.0.x, and bucket properties have not been modified since.
