Hold the right Ctrl key, speak, release - the recognised text is typed into whatever program has the cursor (Word, browser, chat, accounting software). Speech recognition runs entirely on your own computer: audio and text never leave it, there is no account and no subscription. Lithuanian is recognised by LT_ausys - Kristijonas Jakubsonas' kmynas v4 (NVIDIA Parakeet fine-tuned on the LIEPA-3 corpus, CC BY 4.0), converted to ONNX so it runs on the CPU. Russian is recognised by GigaAM v3 (SberDevices), English by faster-whisper large-v3. The Lithuanian and Russian models place punctuation and capitals themselves and need no graphics card: about 0.05 s per command and about a second per minute of dictation on the author's CPU. Long recordings are cut at pauses; silence types nothing. Spoken Lithuanian and Russian numerals can be converted to digits with the right cases. Choose one or two dictation languages during installation (install with --interactive to see the language page); the UI follows the first one. Switch languages mid-dictation with the arrow keys while Ctrl is held. The installer is small (~95 MB). On first launch the program asks before downloading the models it needs for the chosen languages (about 1 GB for Lithuanian, 0.23 GB for Russian, 3.1 GB for English). After that it works offline. For English, an NVIDIA GPU is detected automatically and CUDA libraries are offered as an optional download. Not signed with a paid certificate, so Windows SmartScreen shows a warning on first run. The SHA-256 of every release file is published next to it.
