CLI can now write to the registry
envarly import <file> — apply a previously exported .json/.reg file, merge or replace
envarly set <NAME> <VALUE> / envarly delete <NAME> — single-variable writes, handy for scripts
Every write command is dry-run by default and only touches the registry when you pass --apply
Unlike setx, these broadcast the change to already-running processes immediately, so you don't need to log off and back on to see it

Added Simplified Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Vietnamese, alongside existing English and Japanese
Every UI string translated, including the ~150 built-in descriptions for well-known environment variables
Switch anytime from the header — Envarly also auto-detects your system language on first launch

Edit other accounts' variables
When running elevated, switch to any local account — including ones not currently logged in — to view and edit its per-user environment variables and PATH
The header's account picker shows "My variables" until you pick an account; switching swaps the sidebar's personal-scope list without touching System variables
PATH tooling (add/remove entries, the launch-time PATH banner) works against the selected account too, not just the current user
Bug fixes
Header no longer overflows off-screen at narrow widths — low-priority items (Import/Export, Check command, GitHub, language, theme, Licenses) now collapse into a "⋯" menu, and the staged-changes indicator is a compact pill instead of two full-width buttons
Fixed three environment-diagnostics false positives: built-in Windows path variables (PROGRAMFILES, PROGRAMFILES(X86), etc.) are no longer flagged as undefined, the noisy "expandable-without-reference" warning was removed, and access-denied paths (e.g. the System PATH's WindowsApps entry) are no longer reported as missing
Sidebar's copy-value icon now sits to the left of the scope badge instead of leaving an empty gap when not hovering

Resizable panels
The sidebar and snapshots panel can now be resized by dragging their edge
Widths are clamped to a sensible minimum/maximum and persist across restarts
Check command
New header tool: enter a command name (node) or a full exe path (including a path copied via Explorer's "Copy as path") to find out whether it resolves on the effective PATH
Detects shadowing — if a same-named file exists in more than one PATH directory, only the first one actually runs; the rest are flagged
When given a full path, tells you whether that exact file is the one that runs, is shadowed by another, or isn't on the effective PATH at all
