Kartend is a Qt frontend for organizing, browsing, and launching multimedia collections with custom launchers. It supports large libraries through virtual scrolling, asynchronous artwork loading, collection hierarchies, persistent sessions, keyboard navigation, metadata sidebars, and configurable launch commands.
