Fixes
- Reopen the pairing screen when LocalTV Remote is launched again while it is already running.
- Fall back to the default browser if the native pairing window exits unexpectedly.
- Declare the Windows installer and its native payload as x64 compatible, restoring the architecture expected by the existing WinGet package.
Validation
- 38 automated tests passed.
- Installed the 1.1.4 setup under a Windows user account. The Start Menu shortcut, native libraries, uninstall registration, and local pairing page were verified.
- The installed app served /host with HTTP 200, and a second launch reopened pairing without creating a second server.
