MAUS (Maintenance · Audit · Updates · Security) first runs a read-only audit of Windows 11 (updates, settings, privacy, power, drivers, hardware health) and explains each finding in plain language: what it does, the realistic benefit, the risk and how to undo it. The user then chooses which fixes to apply; every change is preceded by a verified restore point, logged with its original value and can be undone. It also includes hardware diagnostics (live sensors, CPU, RAM and video memory stability tests) and a visual benchmark of the graphics card and processor (DirectX 11 and 12, with a hardware ray tracing test). No telemetry. Available in French, English and Spanish. Developed with the help of Claude, an AI by Anthropic, under the direction of its maintainer.
