Monghoul 1.14.1

This release fixes the Database Map on large databases. A scan reads the size and indexes of every collection before it checks a reference, and over a slow link that alone could use the whole time limit. Resume then started over each time, so the map never got past reading collections, and its timer counted the hours the scan sat stopped. Resume now carries on from where it stopped, and the timer counts only the time the scan ran. The map also gets Delete map, which starts it again and can keep the references you decided on. There is nothing to do before you update.

• Delete a database's map and start again — Delete map, under Last scan, removes the scans and the references they found, and can keep the references you added or decided on.

• Resume carries on a stopped Database Map scan — On a large database every Resume started over and stopped at the same place, and the time shown counted the hours the scan sat stopped.
