Myriad Playout Support Applications v6 version history

6.9.26215 Sep 3, 2026

Myriad Remote Edit Server Changes:
New Features/Changes:
REST API:
- Log: There are 3 new API methods to work with the Scheduled Log:
- /BrMyriadRES/v6/api/Log/ReadHourInformation - reads top level information about 1 or more hours from the Scheduled Log.
- /BrMyriadRES/v6/api/Log/AddHour - writes a complete hour to the Scheduled Log for the specified time. Includes options to control when existing hours can be overwritten.
- /BrMyriadRES/v6/api/Log/DeleteHour - deletes a complete hour from the Scheduled Log. Includes a forceDelete parameter to control if Edited hours can be deleted.
The following issues have been fixed:
- Myriad OCP: The Broadcast.Radio Output has been updated to handle multiple updates being received in quick succession when using slower internet connections. This could cause double listing of the same song in the Song History in Broadcast.Radio.
- Myriad Remote Edit Server: Fixed an issue where the Myriad Anywhere Tunnel might not reconnect to the Myriad Anywhere Cloud if the internet connection was temporarily lost in certain circumstances
- Myriad Remote Edit Server: Fixed an issue with the Media/UpdateMediaItem REST api where some fields would not be written when using the method to create a brand new Media Item.

v6.9.1 18th May 2026
Myriad AutoImporter Changes:
The following issues have been fixed:
- Media Import: Importing audio files that are more then 3 hours in duration could cause Myriad to exit. You should still avoid importing files this large as the built in editor cannot full edit the item.
Myriad OCP Changes:
New Features/Changes:
Outputs:
- Icecast: The Icecast template has been updated to "Artist - TItle" instead of the previous " Song by Artist" to bring it in line with modern ordering standards as expected by icecast based platforms including Live365. This will NOT affect any existing outputs, but any NEW Icecast outputs will have this format by default. Myriad OCP Pro users can edit this format if they do need to use a different string format.
- The Media Site 'TMS Digital' CMS: There is a new built in OCP output template for The Media Site's new CMS platform. Your Station Enabler will require OCP Pro to be able to add in this custom output.
New Tags:
- There are new Tags available to easily get the Category, Type, Gender and Era of the underlying Media item, including both Categories if set:
- <OCP_NOW_MEDIA CATEGORYNAME1>, <OCP_NOW_MEDIA CATEGORYNAME2>, <OCP_NOW_MEDIA CATEGORYNAMES>
- <OCP_NOW_MEDIA TYPENAME>
- <OCP_NOW_MEDIA GENDERNAME>
- <OCP_NOW_MEDIA ERANAME>
- The Format Creator has been updated to make it easier to find the Album Title, Custom Fields and Custom Copyright Fields.
