What's new in 7.9.0.0
[Host/Viewer] Terminal mode: sign in with an OS account. Besides running the shell as System or as the currently logged-on user, you can now enter the username and password of any Windows account on the remote computer, and the shell runs under that account with its profile and environment. Disabled by default; enable it in Host settings ('Terminal: allow signing in with an OS account'). Not available in Agent.
[Host/Viewer] Terminal mode: the Host now reports the available shells (Command Prompt, Windows PowerShell and PowerShell 7 when installed) and user contexts, and the Viewer builds its menus from that list. The 'Current user' option shows the name of the logged-on user.
[Host/Viewer] Terminal mode: closing the Terminal window now stops the shell on the Host (previously the shell process kept running until the Host service was restarted). Improved handling of large console output and of session shutdown.
[Host/Viewer] Copy and paste files between computers through the clipboard. Copy files or folders on one side and paste them on the other with Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V, in both directions, right from the remote session. Works with Remote Utilities for Windows, Linux and macOS in any combination; file transfer permissions apply.
[Host/Viewer] Clipboard: HTML content copied on a Linux or macOS Host (or Viewer) is now pasted correctly on Windows.
[Viewer] License keys synced from RU Server: fixed keys not surviving a Viewer restart in some cases; license options changed on the server after a key was accepted are now applied on the Viewer; fixed a duplicate key prompt.
[Agent] New 'Convert to Host' button turns the portable Agent into an installed Host, keeping the Internet-ID and password.
[Viewer] Refreshed ribbon and docking panels (Windows 11 look), updated connection thumbnails and session window tabs; fixed tab scaling on high-DPI displays.
[Host] The Viewer is now notified when a session on the Host is no longer authorized (used by the mobile Viewer).
[Host/Viewer] Fixed automatic interface language selection for Greek, Portuguese and Swedish.
