What's new in 15.8.2

Here's a bugfix release for v15 while we continue to work on v16.
It fixes slow browsing since 15.8.0 (sorry!), DVD ISO support, and broken browsing of parent directories when children are added.
Thanks for reporting bugs to us so we can squash them!
